Return Policy

We want you to love your purchase! If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to make it right. Please review our return policy below:

Eligibility for Returns
- Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase.
- Items must be in their original condition: unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.
- Sale items, custom orders, and gift cards are final sale and not eligible for returns.

Returns
- Returns with a receipt will receive store credit equal to the item's lowest price within the past 30 days.

Exchanges
- Need a different size or color? We’re happy to exchange items if stock is available. Exchanges must meet the same conditions as returns.

How to Return or Exchange
1. Online Orders: Email us at sales@detroitsfutureisfemale.com with your order number to start a return. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a DFF error (e.g., defective or incorrect item).

Defective or Incorrect Items
If you received a defective or incorrect item, please email us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and description. We will provide a replacement or store credit.

HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?

You’ll receive a tracking link via email when your order ships out. If you have any questions about your tracking or shipment, email sales@detroitsfutureisfemale.com

MY ORDER SHOULD BE HERE BY NOW, BUT I STILL DON'T HAVE IT. WHAT SHOULD I DO?

Before getting in touch with us, please help us out by doing the following: 

● Check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address ● Ask your local post office if they have your package 

● Stop by your neighbors in case the courier left the package with them 

If the shipping address was correct, and the package wasn't left at the post office or at your neighbor’s, get in touch with us at sales@detroitsfutureisfemale.com with your order number. 

If you did find a mistake in your delivery address, we can send you a replacement order, but shipping will be at your own cost.
